Members who wish to attend need to send an email to email@example.com to receive the Zoom link and invitation.
Some workshops sponsored by the guild are run through our Zoom program while others are managed by the presenter. Registered participants will be sent an email prior to the workshop with specific details. If you do not see a zoom invitation a week before the class, please check your email including junk or spam folder. If you do not find the invitation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

Zoom Instructions for specific devices
Joining from a mobile device: If you are joining from a mobile device (Android smartphone/tablet, Apple iPhone/iPad), it will prompt you to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the App/Play Store. You may want to download the Zoom app prior to the start time of your workshop.
Joining from a desktop or laptop computer: Click on the link provided in the email. When prompted, download and allow the Zoom app to install. This process is easy to complete on all commonly used browsers.
Google Chrome should automatically download the file and point to it. Clicking on the Zoom_launcher.exe file will install Zoom. There will be a short pause before a blue progress bar appears indicating the installation.
