HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR
Please read the Invitation letter and send the completed form along with the $100 deposit by U.S. Mail (see vendor application for mailing address.)
Vendors are selected by postmark date and availability of the size of requested space. Those who are selected will receive a description of the space and the balance due. Payment in full must be received by deadline or the space will be forfeited. Vendors who are not selected will be placed on awaiting list and their deposit will be returned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Vendors are asked to donate three door prize gifts ($10-15 value).
  • Vendors are encouraged to conduct demonstrations in our classroom area. This provides an opportunity to show off your special technique or product. They are typically 20 minutes long and are coordinated by the Demonstration Chair.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth coverage or closing their booths during demonstrations; however, the Guild has been able to provide volunteers in past years to help cover your shifts.
  • Easy indoor loading on one level.
  • There is a hotel nearby for vendors traveling from out of the area.
