SURVEY

Dear Guild Members:
We have not performed a survey in the guild for quite some time, and thought it would be an excellent way to get feedback from you the members regarding the various aspects of the Guild and its operations. Please know that your answers to these questions will be kept strictly confidential.  The Board will use the results of the survey as we make plans for future Guild activities, programs, etc.


GENERAL QUESTIONS

In order to identify the surveys while maintaining privacy,
please provide your birth month and year (For example: Jan. 1953)

1. How long have you been a member of River City Quilters’ Guild?

2. Why did you join?

3.What do you like or dislike about where and when we meet?

4. How can we best make our new members feel welcome and part of this large guild?

5. What do you enjoy most about being in a quilt guild?
