QUILT SHOW CALENDAR

- Entry Form Deadline: Tuesday, September 15, 2009
- Wednesday, November 18, 2009: Judging Day
All entries delivered to the Scottish Rite Masonic Center.
- Thursday Daytime, November 19, 2009: Set-up Quilt Show.
- Thursday Night, November 19, 2009: Quilt Show
Open to General Public 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., attendees pay admission.
- Friday, November 20, 2009, Quilt Show
Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.
- Saturday, November 21, 2009 – Quilt Show
Open 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Quilt Show “takedown” begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Quilt Show entrees are released when the takedown is completed at approximtely 5:15 p.m. Volunteers are encouraged to help with takedown to make this process go faster.
