Quilt Show Entry Forms, Fees (if applicable) and Photos are due Tuesday, September 21, 2010
A collection box will be available at the August and September meetings for you to drop off your entry forms. Be sure to have a photo of your piece attached to your entry form...and a check or cash for the entry fees if you plan to have your item judged. All Quilt Show Entry forms are due at the September general meeting, Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Or you may send your entry forms directly to Phyllis McCalla, 930 N. Lincoln Street, Dixon, CA 95620.
