OPPORTUNITY QUILT
Each year the Guild presents a quilt show, which includes a wearable art show. A beautiful quilt is made by the members as a fundraising opportunity. The quilt show committee prepares for this annual event a year in advance, lining up judges to judge the quilts made by the guild members and wearable art made by textile artists within the guild. In addition, one member is selected to be the featured artist during the length of the 3-day show.

The annual quilt show offers members the chance to display their work to the public. It also gives the community a chance to see the new and exciting directions quilt making is taking, as new techniques are learned, and as new fabric materials are available in the marketplace and used in quilts.
